I have watched most of the episodes of Doctor Who since the 4th Doctor, and I know a good bit about the first 3 Doctors, but for those of you who might not know about the broad outline of the series from the beginning, here is your chance to catch up. Torchwood star John Barrowman confirmed on BBC Radio 2 that he has signed up to return as Capt Jack Harkness for a new season of Torchwood. Barrowman also said that the series would be returning to a 13 instalment episodic format for its fourth season.
