WiiFor awhile now Sony’s PS3 and Microsoft’s Xbox 360 have both let Netflix subscribers download and watch movies through their consoles. Now Nintendo Wii, which is the most popular gaming console, has decided to get with the program and offer that service as well.

Paramount COO Frederick Huntsberry back in October delivered a presentation about how ‘Star Trek’ had become a hot commodity in piracy circles, adding that illegal file-sharing has become more wide-spread and was not just for the “geeks” any more.

Independence Day PosterRoland Emmerich revealed that he was planning to make a sequel to "Independence Day," about a month ago. The first movie starring Will Smith was a major blockbuster that grossed over $800 million in worldwide ticket sales and is still a favorite today amongst most of us Sci-Fi fans.

Another ‘Terminator’ Sequel Announced

Terminator 5We all new that there was a fifth Terminator Sequel in the works, well now we have some official news on it. Halcyon executives Derek Anderson and Victor Kubicek are developing the a fifth installment in the “Terminator” franchise. Helmer McG, who directed the upcoming fourth film, “Terminator Salvation,” is working with the Halcyon duo on the latest project.

The announcement was among the news that came out of the Dubai International Film Festival. No decision has been made as to where to film the next “Terminator,” although the Middle East was mentioned as a locale.
