‘Lost’ Season 6 Kickoff Announced

Lost season 6 kickoffABC has announced that the highly anticipated sixth and final season of "Lost" will start with a special all-night event on Tuesday, February 2, 2010. To kick things off right a recap special will first catch us all back up (like we need it) from 8:00-9:00 p.m., EST, followed by the long awaited two-hour premiere from 9:00-11:00 p.m. Lost will then air in its regular time period Tuesday nights from 9:00-10:00 p.m., ET beginning the following week, on February 9.

‘The Crow’ Gets Remake by ‘Blade’ Director

Well here is another great film thats on the list for a remake, Stephen Norrington has signed on to write and direct a reinvention of "The Crow," based on the comic created by James O’Barr. Relativity Media is in negotiations with producer Ed Pressman to acquire the rights to the film franchise and to finance the film.

Pressman produced the 1994 Alex Proyas-directed movie, in which rock musician Eric Draven is murdered trying to rescue his girlfriend from thugs, and returns from the dead one year later to exact vengeance. Though the original became a gothic-style hit that grossed nearly $100 million worldwide, it is primarily remembered for a tragic accident in which star Brandon Lee was killed during filming.

On January 27th, 2009, Marvel will be releasing a “Hulk VS” DVD/Blu-ray, which features two animated movies; one featuring the Hulk battling Wolverine, and the other featuring the Hulk battling Thor. Even though the studio has already revealed that the Hulk will probably not be the villain in the upcoming “Avengers” movie, the trailer gives you an idea of what it could have been like.

It had been assumed that season eight would likely be the last of the CW’s hit TV series "Smallville". After all, we had lost Lex Luthor and Clarks main squeeze Lana Lang who were central characters, as the actors who portrayed them, Kristin Kreuk and Michael Rosenbaum, had left the series. And eight seasons is a pretty long run for a show focusing on Clark Kent’s pre-Superman days, also a large number of fans felt the show’s quality had dipped drastically by Season 7.
