Haven is a new Syfy Channel series based on Stephen King’s novella The Colorado Kid starring Emily Rose (Jericho) as FBI agent Audrey Parker. Haven will premiere on Friday, July 9th at 10pm EST/P. Check out the promos after the jump.

Stargate Universe babes Alaina Huffman and Elyse Levesque are the cover girls on this week’s issue of the New York and New Jersey entertainment magazine Steppin’ Out.

The actresses can also be found on the inside of the magazine, in a six-page photo feature that includes an interview—for those who can tear themselves away from the pictures.

New ‘Judge Dredd’ Movie Concept Art

It was reported about three weeks ago that Rebellion and 2000 AD are in development on a new “Judge Dredd” movie, based on the 2000 AD comics and not the 1995 Sylvester Stallone film also named "Judge Dredd."

Thanks to io9 we have three great concept art pictures from the new movie, drawn by Jock, who also worked on “Green Arrow: Year One” and the “Hellblazer” comics. The pictures feature shots of a Judge, Mega-City and Riot Judges.

Several things have come out today from the Official Star Trek Site. First off we have a new theatrical banner featuring the main crew, consisting of Scotty, McCoy, Uhura, Kirk, Spock, Sulu and Chekov. You can check out this awesome banner by following the link below.

Also Paramount Pictures and the IMAX Corporation has announced that Star Trek, directed by J.J. Abrams ("Mission: Impossible III", "Lost" and "Alias”), will be simultaneously released to both IMAX and conventional theatres worldwide on May 8, 2009.
