Well for years I have ranted on movies that just sucked and should have never seen the light of day, well it seems I'm not alone according to a industry poll. The sad part is most of the movies on the list are genres we cover (which is a lot) like science fiction, comic-book based, fantasy, and thriller/horror. I really thought that John Travolta's "Battlefield Earth" or Ben Affleck's "Gigli" would have been at the top of the list, but according to the poll, Eddie Murphy's "The Adventures of Pluto Nash" has the honor of being named the biggest flop of the decade for 2000-2010.

Another ‘Terminator’ Sequel Announced
We all new that there was a fifth Terminator Sequel in the works, well now we have some official news on it. Halcyon executives Derek Anderson and Victor Kubicek are developing the a fifth installment in the “Terminator” franchise. Helmer McG, who directed the upcoming fourth film, “Terminator Salvation,” is working with the Halcyon duo on the latest project.
The announcement was among the news that came out of the Dubai International Film Festival. No decision has been made as to where to film the next “Terminator,” although the Middle East was mentioned as a locale.
New ‘Star Trek’ News and Graphics
Several things have come out today from the Official Star Trek Site. First off we have a new theatrical banner featuring the main crew, consisting of Scotty, McCoy, Uhura, Kirk, Spock, Sulu and Chekov. You can check out this awesome banner by following the link below.
Also Paramount Pictures and the IMAX Corporation has announced that Star Trek, directed by J.J. Abrams ("Mission: Impossible III", "Lost" and "Alias”), will be simultaneously released to both IMAX and conventional theatres worldwide on May 8, 2009.
‘Batman: Arkham Asylum’ Video Game Trailer
A teaser trailer has been released for the upcoming Batman game, entitled “Batman: Arkham Asylum ,” which will be published by Eidos. Apparently, Eidos has the rights to the Batman comics, while EA has the rights to the movies.
The game will be set exclusively in and around Arkham Asylum, which has been taken over by the Joker. The asylum will be a contained, persistent location, making the game feel more like Riddick or BioShock than other more recent,
‘Three Stooges’ Movie Coming in 2009
The Farrelly Brothers have been talking about their "Three Stooges" movie for a very long time now, but at last MGM has actually set a release date for the retro comedy.
The studio announced Monday (Nov. 3) that casting is underway on the untitled Stooges project, with a November 20, 2009 release date planned for the new incarnations of those slapstick guys Larry, Moe and Curly.
“Avengers” and “Iron Man 3” Included in Marvel/Paramount Deal
Now that DreamWorks is no longer part of Paramount Pictures, that leaves a total sum of six films per year for Paramount Pictures. In order to have a full scheduled, Paramount extended their pact with Marvel by agreeing to distribute their next five films.
