‘Terminator Salvation’ Props and Wardrobe Sale

Terminator SalvationAs everyone is pretty much aware the Halcyon Company recently announced that it will auction off the rights to the 'Terminator' franchise, in order to pay  off the owners debts. And while the rights will bring in big bucks, it looks like that it will still not be enough for Halcyon to cover the debts that is owed.

Another ‘Terminator’ Sequel Announced

Terminator 5We all new that there was a fifth Terminator Sequel in the works, well now we have some official news on it. Halcyon executives Derek Anderson and Victor Kubicek are developing the a fifth installment in the “Terminator” franchise. Helmer McG, who directed the upcoming fourth film, “Terminator Salvation,” is working with the Halcyon duo on the latest project.

The announcement was among the news that came out of the Dubai International Film Festival. No decision has been made as to where to film the next “Terminator,” although the Middle East was mentioned as a locale.

Awhile back when McG was still in the process of putting his cast together for the upcoming "Terminator Salvation," he stated that it will be difficult to replace Arnold Schwarzenegger since so many actors in Hollywood have become soft and wimpy. Back in the day, we had the likes of Arnold, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Willis, Charles Bronson and many others. But which actors are true tough guys today? McG believed that there are only two; Russell Crow and Josh Brolin.
